About this role
ARSIEM Corporation seeks a self-motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support federal Microsoft 365 contractor services. You'll oversee quality control, monitor contractor performance, track corrective actions, and ensure compliance with program requirements on a primarily remote basis.
What you'll do
- Conduct contractor-side quality control and deliverable reviews
- Monitor and report on contractor performance metrics
- Track and manage corrective action items
- Verify documentation compliance against PWS, QASP, and Quality Control Plan
- Perform quality reporting and analysis
- Support federal Microsoft 365 contractor support services program
