Junior Design Engineer, Americas

About this role

Ashby seeks a Junior Design Engineer to combine strong visual design and coding skills on complex product challenges. You'll redesign features, enhance the design system, and collaborate with other engineers—working on a product used by over 100,000 weekly active users at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and implement UI/UX solutions for complex product features
• Develop and maintain composable components in the design system
• Conduct customer research and iterate based on user feedback
• Consult with product engineers on design improvements
• Ship features quickly while maintaining visual design standards
• Balance perfectionism with fast iteration and business priorities
