IT Systems Engineer
About this role
Join Assort Health's growing IT team as a Systems Engineer to build and scale secure, reliable infrastructure for a rapidly expanding healthcare AI company. You'll own critical systems including identity management, endpoint infrastructure, and IT operations while partnering with Security to enable compliance and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Own identity and access management end-to-end, including SSO integrations, user provisioning, and Okta rollout
- Design and manage endpoint infrastructure including provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management
- Build and optimize employee onboarding and offboarding workflows with automation and self-service capabilities
- Establish and maintain office network infrastructure including VPNs, access points, and troubleshooting
- Handle day-to-day IT operations including access requests, troubleshooting, and employee support
- Partner with Security to ensure compliance and implement secure asset disposition processes
