AI Marketing Engineer

About this role

Assured seeks an AI Marketing Engineer to build and own the marketing operations infrastructure, including agentic AI workflows on Claude, a unified data model, and executive dashboards. You'll integrate marketing tools across intelligence, automation, CRM, and analytics while enabling the go-to-market team to move faster through automation and data insights.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy agentic workflows on Claude for account research, objection prep, content drafting, and account monitoring
• Build and maintain a data warehouse-backed marketing data model that unifies all sources of truth
• Create and ship weekly executive dashboards for CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Sales
• Integrate product marketing, ABM, campaigns, and GTM strategy into a coherent system
• Ensure system compliance with carrier regulations and maintain full observability of operations
• Provide data, tooling, and automation support to product marketing and growth teams

What they're looking for

• 6+ years in AI operations, revenue/growth engineering, or data engineering
• Proven experience building and shipping LLM-based automations and agentic workflows
• Data warehouse experience (e.g., Snowflake) and data modeling expertise
• Tool integration across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI platforms
• Strong data quality and observability practices for non-technical stakeholders
• Dashboard design and business intelligence tooling
• System ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of compliance requirements in insurance/financial services
