Product Engineer

About this role

Assured is seeking a Product Engineer to architect and deploy AI-powered automation systems for healthcare provider operations. You'll design scalable workflow orchestration platforms, lead AI integration initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to transform credentialing, licensing, and enrollment processes.

What you'll do

• Design modular, service-oriented architecture for configurable healthcare workflows at scale
• Build workflow orchestration engine handling thousands of concurrent stateful tasks
• Create integration frameworks connecting external systems including APIs, portals, and data sources
• Lead design and deployment of AI-powered digital workers using LLMs and rules-driven agents
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and third-party APIs for platform alignment
• Partner with product, engineering, and customers to validate solutions and iterate quickly
