Full Stack Engineer

About this role

Asteri seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems for an AI-native work intelligence platform. You'll own production systems spanning backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces that orchestrate enterprise workflows with AI and human collaboration at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver full-stack systems including backend services, APIs, and interactive web applications
• Build backend services with clean APIs, strong observability, reliability, and performance
• Develop frontend experiences providing visibility into workflows, permissions, and operational insights
• Implement workflow orchestration logic coordinating tasks between humans and AI systems with policies and auditability
• Integrate internal and external systems to support end-to-end enterprise workflows
• Ensure production readiness through testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational best practices

• Backend development (Python with FastAPI/Django or Node.js with TypeScript)
• Frontend development (React with TypeScript)
• API design and consumption
• Relational database design (PostgreSQL)

• Workflow orchestration or event-driven architecture (preferred)
