About this role
Astranis seeks a recent graduate to join its spacecraft engineering team for a 12-week salaried associate position. You'll design and model satellite components, maintain CAD libraries, and contribute to mission-critical hardware that reaches orbit.
What you'll do
- Model and draw spacecraft components, structures, and manifolds using CAD
- Maintain and improve the design library and data infrastructure
- Develop and document design practices for efficient engineering workflows
- Support complex assembly and component design for spaceflight systems
- Collaborate with hardware development teams in a fast-paced environment
