About this role
Astro Pak seeks a Process Engineer to support their precision cleaning and passivation services. This role combines technical expertise with field support, collaborating with teams and customers to develop solutions and improve processes. The ideal candidate will mentor technicians, create SOPs, and identify opportunities for innovation within a variety of industries.
What you'll do
- Provide engineering support to Sales & Operations teams
- Design project approaches using drawings and specifications
- Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in technical reviews and audits
- Mentor Field Services Technicians and Project Leaders
- Identify process improvements and new service opportunities
