Sales Engineer

About this role

Ataraxis AI, a clinical AI research company, seeks a full-stack Sales Engineer to bridge technology and customer needs. You'll develop commercial products, manage customer integrations, and maintain internal services while collaborating across engineering, sales, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Lead customer and partner integrations, translating technical requirements into product solutions
• Build and maintain internal services including physician web portal and order management systems
• Develop commercial products spanning frontend and backend infrastructure
• Communicate technical capabilities to customers and partners in business-friendly terms
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to support go-to-market initiatives
• Move between product code and ML infrastructure as needed

• TypeScript and React (React 19, Next.js 15)
• Python with Flask and SQLAlchemy/PostgreSQL
• REST API design and third-party service integration
• Frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Tailwind CSS and modern UI component development
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude)
• Customer communication and technical translation
