About this role
Atomic Semi seeks a Semiconductor Test Development Engineer to lead electrical characterization and test infrastructure development for their in-house semiconductor fab. You'll design test structures, extract device parameters, and collaborate across process and design teams to validate and improve CMOS processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Design probe cards and test structures in collaboration with process engineers
- Develop and execute test plans to extract device parameters like threshold voltage and mobility
- Deploy parameter extraction tools and BSIM models for device characterization
- Analyze test data and provide feedback to improve materials and process flows
- Build and maintain test automation infrastructure for electrical characterization
- Document test results and characterization findings rigorously
