About this role
Attain Partners seeks a Data Conversion Developer to lead the migration of financial and HR data from PeopleSoft to Workday ERP. You'll design extraction scripts, cleanse data, and ensure accuracy throughout the conversion process while working independently within a collaborative team.
What you'll do
- Extract data from PeopleSoft Finance and HR tables using Python scripts
- Perform data cleansing and validation according to Senior Developer specifications
- Create comprehensive documentation of data requirements and script logic
- Update and refine extraction scripts based on evolving conversion needs
- Manage complex data conversion activities with precision and efficiency
- Adjust priorities responsively as project pace and requirements change
