Anaplan Application Developer

About this role

Attentive is hiring an Anaplan Application Developer to join the Corporate FP&A team and build scalable planning solutions that drive executive decision-making. You'll develop and maintain Anaplan applications across Finance, GTM, and HR while optimizing data integrations and enabling user adoption across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end Anaplan applications including UI pages, backend models, UAT support, and post-launch maintenance
• Support data integrations between source systems and Anaplan, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Create training materials and lead user enablement sessions to drive adoption of new features
• Enable executive reporting through Anaplan to support monthly close, Board materials, and performance reviews
• Follow best practices and development guidelines while documenting work for team collaboration
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data flows and planning processes

What they're looking for

• Anaplan development and planning model building (1+ years)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets financial modeling
• Financial systems and FP&A experience
• Data analysis and SQL/Python (preferred)
• Looker and Snowflake experience (preferred)
• NetSuite, Salesforce, and ADP Workforce Now knowledge (preferred)
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• High-growth SaaS environment adaptability
