GTM Engineer

About this role

Attentive is seeking a GTM Engineer to build fast, high-impact solutions that improve go-to-market operations. You'll design workflows, automations, and internal tools for Sales and Customer Success teams, working to reduce manual work, enhance data quality, and explore AI-enabled productivity improvements across the GTM stack.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy workflow automations and internal tools to improve Sales and Customer Success operations
• Eliminate repetitive tasks by automating data capture, field population, and handoffs across Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase go-to-market productivity and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with frontline teams to uncover friction points and generate high-value project opportunities
• Improve data quality by auto-populating critical fields and enriching customer and pipeline information
• Own projects end-to-end from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and iteration
