GTM Engineer

About this role

Build the technical infrastructure powering customer acquisition for an AI-driven legal services platform. You'll engineer outbound automation systems, LinkedIn prospecting tools, SEO infrastructure, and referral platforms—applying backend engineering principles to go-to-market optimization.

What you'll do

• Design multi-channel prospecting pipelines and A/B testing frameworks for email and messaging campaigns
• Build LinkedIn automation infrastructure including connection sequences, rate limiting, and anti-detection systems
• Develop SEO infrastructure with technical automation, content optimization, and Core Web Vitals tracking
• Engineer lead enrichment, scoring, and webhook-based response detection systems
• Create referral tracking platforms with attribution logic, viral mechanics, and fraud detection
• Implement analytics pipelines for performance monitoring across outbound, social, and organic channels
