Associate Solutions Engineer

About this role

Authorium seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support the delivery and configuration of their document-management platform for government agencies. You'll own implementation tasks, create technical documentation, facilitate customer discovery sessions, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful deployments in a hybrid San Francisco role.

What you'll do

• Configure templates, workflows, and rules based on design patterns and customer requirements
• Draft design documentation, workflow diagrams, and maintain accurate as-built system records
• Co-lead discovery and working meetings to capture requirements and prepare customer presentations
• Execute QA testing and UAT scripts; troubleshoot configuration issues and validate data
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand new features and improve delivery standards
• Track assigned tasks, surface blockers early, and meet project milestones
