Machine Learning Engineer

About this role

Aven is hiring Machine Learning Engineers to develop and maintain production ML models across targeting, risk assessment, pricing, and document automation. You'll own the full lifecycle from conception to deployment while monitoring model performance and contributing to system architecture decisions in a collaborative, early-stage environment.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy targeting, risk, pricing, and relevance models for production use
• Maintain models in production and monitor for data distribution shifts
• Design and implement infrastructure for iterative model updates
• Participate in system architecture design reviews and code reviews
• Automate back-office document processing and task handling
• Identify new opportunities and inform strategy through data analysis
