About this role
Pre-sales technical expert who partners with account managers to drive deal closure by delivering product demonstrations and solution consulting for AvePoint software. You'll combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills to guide prospects through evaluation, build proof-of-concept environments, and support partners in winning business.
What you'll do
- Deliver remote and on-site technical presentations and product demonstrations to partners and customers
- Facilitate solution discovery, overview, and deep-dive technical sessions aligned with customer objectives
- Build customized proof-of-concept environments to showcase product capabilities and ROI
- Develop and contribute to RFI/RFP proposals highlighting AvePoint solutions for customer needs
- Support partners with pre-sales enablement, joint go-to-market strategies, and relationship building
- Establish strategic relationships with customer advocates to drive long-term solution adoption
