About this role
AvePoint seeks a Solution Engineer to serve as the technical lead alongside sales executives throughout the sales cycle. You'll deliver product demonstrations, conduct discovery sessions, build proof-of-concept environments, and guide customers through understanding how AvePoint's solutions address their Microsoft and multicloud security concerns.
What you'll do
- Present and demonstrate AvePoint solutions to business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate solution discovery, overview, and technical deep-dive sessions with prospects
- Build customized proof-of-concept environments aligned with customer requirements
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses showcasing product value to customer needs
- Establish relationships with key customer advocates to drive solution adoption
- Partner with product management to relay customer feedback and requirements
