About this role
AvePoint seeks a Solution Engineer for their SLED division to serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, guiding customers through the sales cycle with expert product demonstrations and consultative support. You'll combine technical expertise in Data Security Posture Management and Microsoft/multicloud solutions with customer-facing skills to drive deal closure and build lasting client relationships.
What you'll do
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and existing customers at multiple organizational levels
- Facilitate solution discovery, overview, and deep-dive sessions tailored to customer needs and objectives
- Build customized proof-of-concept environments showcasing product capabilities aligned with client requirements
- Contribute to RFI/RFP proposals highlighting how AvePoint solutions address customer business challenges
- Serve as field liaison with product management, communicating customer feedback and requirements
- Develop customer buying vision and establish relationships with key technical and business stakeholders
