About this role

Avoca seeks a GTM Engineer to build the data systems, AI-powered workflows, and outbound infrastructure that drive revenue growth. You'll design and operate autonomous email campaigns at scale, create intelligent agents for prospect research and account prioritization, and develop the integrations and internal tools that empower Sales and SDR teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and scale autonomous outbound email campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to deliverability and optimization
  • Create AI agents and workflows for prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, and content generation
  • Map and enrich target market data through account and contact enrichment pipelines
  • Identify and activate buying signals to trigger timely outreach and sales actions
  • Build integrations and automations connecting CRM, enrichment platforms, outbound tools, and sales workflows
  • Partner with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, and pipeline conversion
