Ecosystem Integration Engineer

About this role

Axelera AI seeks an Ecosystem Integration Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between its AI inference hardware team and manufacturing/ODM partners across Taiwan. You'll guide hardware integration, oversee production quality, support system bring-up, and drive component qualification to ensure successful deployment of Metis and Europa platforms.

What you'll do

• Act as primary technical contact for ODM partners integrating Axelera accelerators and modules into their systems
• Support partner hardware bring-up including driver installation, SDK deployment, and first-inference validation
• Provide on-site or remote support to contract manufacturers during mass production introduction and pilot runs
• Triage in-field production defects, replicate issues, and drive root-cause analysis with R&D teams
• Coordinate with power component suppliers on qualification and field-reported anomalies
• Evaluate component alternatives and design revisions, providing electrical characterization data to engineering teams
