About this role
Axon seeks an experienced CMM Programmer to perform dimensional and vision inspection of products using Zeiss and Keyence measurement systems. You'll program CMM equipment, maintain quality databases, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing quality control environment.
What you'll do
- Operate and program Zeiss OIS-322 optical/tactile CMM and Zeiss Contura tactile CMM for part inspection
- Program and operate Keyence LM measurement systems for incoming, in-process, and finished goods analysis
- Maintain PiWeb and QC databases, perform GR&R studies, and conduct FAIR and PPAP dimensional reports
- Provide dimensional analysis for CAPA investigations and root cause analysis
- Read and interpret CAD models and engineering prints
- Manage CMM equipment maintenance, calibration, and readiness; train manufacturing staff on quality processes
