Mission Engineer - Cincinnati

About this role

Axon seeks a Mission Engineer to serve as the primary owner of customer outcomes for strategic law enforcement accounts. This embedded role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic advisory to guide agencies through technology deployment, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled transformation while driving measurable mission outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for strategic accounts
• Assess customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements leveraging technology and AI capabilities
• Support multi-product program delivery including hardware, software, digital evidence, and AI solutions with onsite technical troubleshooting
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and conduct executive business reviews, strategic planning, and mission reviews
• Capture customer insights and field intelligence to influence product roadmap decisions and develop reusable operational playbooks
• Maintain approximately 4 days/week onsite presence to stay closely connected to agency operations and evolving needs
