Mission Engineer - Seattle

About this role

Axon seeks a Mission Engineer to serve as the primary owner of customer outcomes for strategic accounts in the Seattle area. This embedded role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and executive engagement to help law enforcement agencies transform operations, adopt new technologies, and achieve measurable mission outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for strategic accounts
• Assess customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements including AI-enabled capabilities
• Provide technical leadership across multi-product delivery and coordinate root-cause resolution with internal teams
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning discussions
• Capture customer insights and field intelligence to inform product roadmap and best practice development
• Maintain approximately 4 days/week onsite presence to stay connected to agency operations and evolving needs
