Mission Engineer - St. Paul, MN

About this role

Axon seeks a Mission Engineer to serve as the primary owner of customer outcomes for strategic accounts, combining technical expertise with operational leadership to help law enforcement agencies transform their operations through Axon's integrated ecosystem. Based in St. Paul with approximately 80% onsite presence, you'll drive end-to-end lifecycle success from deployment through optimization, while influencing product strategy through field insights.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle execution across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for strategic accounts
• Assess customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements using technology, automation, and AI capabilities
• Support multi-product program delivery across hardware, software, digital evidence, and AI solutions with onsite technical troubleshooting
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and conduct executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning discussions
• Capture customer insights and workflow patterns to inform product roadmap decisions and develop reusable operational playbooks
• Track customer success metrics including adoption rates, CSAT, NPS, time-to-value, and mission outcomes
