About this role
Axon seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced support for law enforcement customers using the Fusus cloud platform. You'll handle complex technical escalations, conduct solution audits, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced hybrid environment based in Atlanta.
What you'll do
- Provide phone and email support for complex technical issues affecting law enforcement customers
- Conduct solution audits including network analysis and device discovery for prospects
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve escalated issues with Fusus products and cloud systems
- Train and mentor tier 1 support team members on troubleshooting and best practices
- Document customer interactions and develop knowledgebase articles
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical outages and escalations
What they're looking for
- Network routing and switching (3+ years)
- Linux systems administration
- Cloud SaaS platform support (2+ years)
- Virtualization and server hardware knowledge
- SSH, Splunk, JIRA, and/or Salesforce
- Security camera systems and VMS/DVR/NVR solutions
- Technical certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
