About this role
This IT Systems Engineer role focuses on managing and optimizing the core identity, collaboration, and endpoint platforms for a company with 500+ users. You'll be responsible for scripting automation, documenting processes, and providing Tier 2 support, with a blend of cloud and on-premise responsibilities including hardware maintenance at the Kansas City HQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows/Entra environments and be comfortable with scripting.

- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Onboard and maintain SSO for SaaS applications
- Manage endpoint devices with Intune and Jamf
- Automate IT operations using PowerShell and Graph
- Perform certificate renewals and backup verification
