Deployment Engineer (Site Survey)

About this role

Base seeks a Deployment Engineer to scale site survey reviews and approval processes for distributed battery installations. You'll design technical standards, build internal tools and dashboards, analyze deployment data, and bridge field operations with engineering teams to enable rapid, safe scaling.

What you'll do

• Define and enforce hardware/layout configuration requirements for site deployment approval
• Develop and maintain strict review criteria and documentation for incoming site surveys
• Analyze field data using SQL and analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and measure process effectiveness
• Build internal dashboards and real-time visibility tools for the site survey pipeline
• Partner across Field Operations, Hardware, and Software teams to translate operational pain points into technical solutions
• Design automated workflows and internal tools to operationalize data ingestion and scale site survey reviews
