About this role

Baselayer seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between customers and the company's AI-powered risk platform for financial institutions. You'll guide customers through API integrations, design implementations, and provide ongoing technical support while collaborating across sales, product, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Consult with customers to understand requirements and design implementation strategies for identity verification solutions
  • Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful product deployment
  • Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution architectures tailored to customer needs
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations showcasing Baselayer's capabilities
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation technical guidance and customer training on APIs
