About this role

Baseten seeks a Design Engineer to own their marketing website, bridging design and frontend development. You'll ship landing pages, product launches, and campaigns while continuously improving the site through experimentation and craft, treating it as an evolving product rather than a static asset.

What you'll do

  • Design and build the Baseten marketing website from concept to production
  • Ship landing pages, product pages, and campaigns with high-quality frontend implementation
  • Identify and execute continuous improvements to the site through experimentation and iteration
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging, layouts, and conversion optimization
  • Build reusable components, design systems, and patterns to accelerate team velocity
  • Create polished interactions, animations, and micro-details that express the Baseten brand
