About this role
We're seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical infrastructure powering our outbound revenue motion. You'll own cold email platforms, data pipelines, and automation workflows while enabling our BDR team to execute at scale and drive predictable pipeline growth.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize outbound tools (SmartLead, Outreach, Nooks, HeyReach) and design cold email sequences
- Own list management, segmentation, data quality, and enrichment workflows for campaigns
- Build signal-based triggers to identify high-value accounts and implement cross-channel coordination
- Track outbound performance metrics and implement continuous optimization feedback loops
- Automate workflows and data flows between systems using APIs, webhooks, and scripting
- Enable and train the BDR/GTMA team on tools, processes, and best practices

- GTM/RevOps/Sales Ops operations experience
- Outbound engagement platforms and email tools
- API and webhook integration
- Python or JavaScript scripting
- Cold outreach sequence design and optimization
- Data analysis and SQL
- CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Process documentation and training
