About this role
Basis is seeking a Growth Engineer to build and own their go-to-market engine from scratch, working directly with leadership to design systems, run outbound campaigns, and scale revenue through AI-powered workflows and integrations.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain the end-to-end GTM stack architecture, data models, and automation pipelines
- Build and scale outbound infrastructure including list building, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking
- Integrate CRM with the full revenue stack—marketing automation, financial systems, data warehouse, and support tools
- Run and optimize paid acquisition experiments across search, social, and content syndication channels
- Develop AI-powered workflows for lead enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and sales rep productivity
- Partner with founders and Head of Sales to translate business goals into technical architecture and growth initiatives
What they're looking for
- Growth Engineering or Revenue Operations (4–8 years)
- CRM configuration, marketing automation, and sequencing platforms
- SQL, API integration, and lightweight automation development
- B2B SaaS outbound and paid acquisition campaign management
- GTM tooling expertise (Clay, Gong, Apollo, or similar)
- Data integration and pipeline design
- AI/LLM workflow implementation
- Cross-functional collaboration and high agency execution
