We are currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide pediatric therapy during after-school hours. What You’ll Do As an After-School Pediatric PT, you will:

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to school-age children during after-school hours
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals
• Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and other members of the child’s care team
• Provide therapy in a supportive, child-centered environment
• Complete electronic documentation for each visit
• Communicate regularly with the clinical team regarding progress and ongoing needs

What We’re Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Active Delaware PT license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Experience working with school-age children is a plus
• Passion for helping children reach their goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced clinical team
• Availability during after-school hours
