Forward Deployed Software Engineer, Full Stack

About this role

Join an early-stage healthcare startup as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to lead enterprise EHR integrations of our clinical AI platform. You'll manage client implementations end-to-end, build automation tooling to scale deployments, and help establish the forward deployed engineering team.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise client implementations as technical lead, managing planning and execution from start to finish
• Develop frameworks and tooling to improve efficiency and velocity of client integrations
• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure smooth, timely deployments
• Partner with Director of Engineering on hiring strategy for future team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Clinical, Product, and Data Science teams
• Design and present technical proposals including specifications, implementation plans, and testing strategies
