GTM Engineer

About this role

Beautiful.ai is hiring a GTM Engineer to bridge growth strategy and execution by managing the GTM tech stack, automating sales workflows, and building qualified pipeline through smart campaigns and data-driven optimization. This remote role combines RevOps, marketing automation, and hands-on campaign execution to drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Manage GTM tool stack and build automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Design and launch outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and sequencing efforts
• Create segmented target lists using Apollo, Common Room, Clay, and enrichment tools
• Build dashboards and conduct pipeline analysis to optimize campaign performance
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to run experiments and improve conversion metrics
• Develop campaign messaging, copy, and enablement materials
