Full Stack Software Engineer

About this role

BetterHelp, the world's largest online therapy platform, seeks an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to develop end-to-end features across their Python/React tech stack. You'll own projects from development through production while mentoring junior developers and contributing to their mission of expanding mental health care accessibility.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack features end-to-end, owning them from implementation to production
• Build backend services in Python, design SQL schemas, and optimize database queries
• Create responsive frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Develop complex algorithms, integrate external/internal APIs, and profile code for performance
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product strategy
• Deploy features rapidly in an agile environment with continuous deployment practices
