AI Data Engineer

About this role

BetterUp seeks an AI Data Engineer to build scalable data infrastructure and deploy AI solutions for their go-to-market operations. You'll design data pipelines, manage their Snowflake warehouse, and develop predictive models like lead scoring and churn prediction while partnering across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and Snowflake warehouse architecture for GTM analytics and AI workloads
• Develop dbt models, SQL transformations, and Python scripts powering self-serve reporting and downstream analysis
• Build and deploy AI models for lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, churn prediction, and customer segmentation
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools into GTM systems to automate workflows and surface insights
• Establish data quality standards, governance frameworks, and consistent metric definitions for executive reporting
• Partner with cross-functional GTM teams to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption of new systems
