Solutions Engineer

About this role

BeyondTrust seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical advisor for their cybersecurity SaaS solutions, guiding enterprise customers through their buying journey and demonstrating business value through consultative engagement. You'll leverage product expertise to design tailored solutions while collaborating across sales, architecture, and customer success teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to influence customer decisions and showcase solution value
• Guide customers through their buying journey by understanding challenges and recommending solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Demonstrate business value during proof-of-concept engagements and drive customer adoption through quarterly technical reviews
• Develop technical relationships with enterprise customers and create internal champions for BeyondTrust solutions
• Maintain deep expertise in BeyondTrust portfolio, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Management teams
