Salesforce Developer - Production Support

About this role

BHG Financial seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer for their Production Support Tiger Team to maintain platform stability, quickly resolve production issues, and implement targeted enhancements. You'll troubleshoot and fix issues across Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and automation while using AI-assisted tools to accelerate problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production Salesforce issues rapidly
• Maintain platform stability and support business-critical operations
• Debug and fix code across Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Manage declarative automation and configuration issues
• Leverage Copado AI and AI tools for root-cause analysis and solution design
• Deliver targeted enhancements to improve system reliability and performance
