About this role
BigID is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their growing team and play a crucial role in ensuring customer success through the implementation and deployment of their data security solutions. You'll work directly with clients to translate technical requirements, troubleshoot deployment issues, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the implementation process. This is a remote position focused on the US East Coast time zone.
