About this role

Binti seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer to work directly with government agency customers on integrating the Binti platform. You'll combine hands-on software development with customer partnership, traveling up to 50% to conduct discovery sessions, co-develop solutions, and provide ongoing technical support for social services software.

What you'll do

  • Conduct on-site discovery and architecture sessions with customers to design performant, secure integrations
  • Lead co-development work alongside customer teams to implement Binti platform integrations
  • Build trusted technical partnerships with customers' development teams
  • Provide integration technical support, debugging, and consultative advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal Integrations Team to develop API improvements, connectors, and tools
  • Synthesize customer feedback and communicate integration capabilities to cross-functional teams
