Integrations Engineer

About this role

Binti seeks an Integrations Engineer to design and deliver integration solutions for government social services software. You'll own technical projects from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams while combining full-stack development with strong communication and customer-focused problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture discussions and design integrations that are reliable, performant, and secure
• Develop and optimize integration pipelines, APIs, and components for stability and scalability
• Provide direct technical support to customers during integration implementation and debugging
• Mentor engineers on best practices and advocate for maintainable, flexible codebase patterns
• Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand requirements and ensure platform alignment
• Synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to improve integration capabilities
