QA Engineer

About this role

Bio seeks a QA Engineer to establish quality standards for a decentralized science platform connecting researchers with funding. You'll own testing across AI agents, web applications, and blockchain systems—combining manual testing, automation, and exploratory work in a remote, early-stage environment.

What you'll do

• Design and execute manual test plans for features and releases
• Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and unexpected issues
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early
• Test AI agent outputs for accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define test coverage and quality standards
