What you'll do
- Contribute production code in Java/Kotlin or C++ within the Encoding team's sprints.
- Triage and resolve technical issues for US enterprise accounts during EU off-hours.
- Travel to customer sites for integrations, workshops, and escalations.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for the product roadmap.
- Define and document processes for issue triage, escalation, and handover.
- Maintain production systems and manage incidents.
