What you'll do
- Build and ship end-to-end AI features from model selection through user experience
- Design prompts, tools, memory systems, and agent workflows for reliable behavior
- Debug and optimize across the full stack (model, orchestration, infrastructure, UX)
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure real-world AI performance
- Optimize for latency, cost, and production reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous problems into working systems
What they're looking for
- Machine learning fundamentals and neural network architectures
- Python and production-quality code
- LLM APIs and fine-tuning (OpenAI, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)
- PyTorch or JAX
- ML model deployment and inference serving (e.g., vLLM)
- Vector databases
- Problem-solving across abstraction layers
- Rapid iteration and shipping mindset
Benefits
