Cloud Engineer - Automation Infrastructure (Remote, China)

About this role

BJAK seeks a Cloud Engineer to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure powering their AI-driven insurance automation platform. Working remotely from China, you'll collaborate with Malaysia-based teams to ensure reliable production operations across quote generation, claims, and policy workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and build cloud infrastructure supporting automation platform across development, staging and production environments
• Develop and improve infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform for repeatable deployments
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for safe, fast and consistent releases
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to improve system observability
• Ensure infrastructure security through access control, secrets management and network configuration
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling and operational tasks while optimizing reliability and cost efficiency
