DevOps Engineer

About this role

BJAK seeks a DevOps Engineer to design and operate cloud infrastructure supporting reliable, secure deployments at scale. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and production systems while collaborating closely with engineering teams to enable fast product shipping.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across cloud platforms
• Provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for system observability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues including performance, crashes, and networking problems
• Enforce security best practices including secrets management and network policies

• Linux and shell scripting (Bash)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Python or other scripting language
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
