DevOps Engineer - AI Automation Platform (Remote, China)

About this role

BJAK seeks a DevOps Engineer in China (remote) to build and maintain reliable infrastructure for an AI-powered automation platform handling insurance workflows across multiple countries. You'll own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, incident response and system observability while collaborating with engineering teams to ship faster with fewer failures.

What you'll do

• Manage cloud infrastructure, environments and deployment pipelines for production systems
• Design and improve CI/CD processes to increase deployment speed and reliability
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability across services
• Own uptime, incident response and post-incident root cause analysis
• Automate operational tasks and reduce manual intervention and human error
• Improve security through access control, secrets management and infrastructure hardening
