A1 seeks a Full Stack Engineer to build production AI workflows that go beyond chat into reliable, multi-step task completion. You'll own end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and LLM integrations, designing systems that handle planning, tool use, and graceful failure recovery.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI systems
• Design agent workflows with multi-step planning, tool integration, and failure recovery mechanisms
• Integrate LLMs and external tools into reliable, real-world production systems
• Optimize real-time AI interactions for streaming, latency, and partial results
• Establish observability, monitoring, and fallback patterns for LLM and tool failures
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features from concept to production
