About this role
A1 is building an AI-native smart assistant for everyday users. As an iOS Software Engineer, you'll own the complete iOS client experience, integrating advanced AI features while optimizing for performance, reliability, and user trust in a production-grade application.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain production iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
- Integrate AI-powered features through backend APIs with careful attention to streaming responses and error handling
- Design UX patterns for AI interactions including loading states, retries, and graceful fallbacks
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency for real-world conditions
- Collect user signals and feedback to support AI model evaluation and product iteration
- Collaborate with backend and ML engineers on API design and system reliability
